Hardly 2 km away is Balaramgadi where the river Budhabalang meets the sea. A trip through the mouth of the meandering river on a fisherman's boat is a pleasant experience. Watching them cast their nets and pull their catch of fish is memorable.

Panchalingeswar -
Situated at 40 km from Chandipur is the famous Panchalingeswar shrine. Resting on the lap of the Nilgiri Hills and dedicated to Lord Shiva, this place is unique because of the five Lingams which are regularly washed by natural springs flowing over them.This place is also famous for nature trial.

Remuna -
At around 27 kms from Chandipur, this temple is dedicated to Khirachora Gopinath (Krishna) and displays many childhood portraits of the Lord.

Chandaneswara -
Located at around 104 kms from Chandipur, the temple is dedicated to Lord Chandaneswara.It is also famous for its pristine beach, Talsari. It beckons tourists with its sparkling water and white grained sand . The Red Crabs on the beach is another attraction.
